Even more liveable than the Ningaloo, the extra space allows for more storage & kitchen space, a larger second loft bedroom and room for a desk. The Wollemi also features the same 270 degree views, comfortable sunken lounge room and great views offered by the Ningaloo.

A build completed to turn key indicates a finished product complete with insulation, interior cladding and joinery fit out, plumbing & electrical services, lighting and all standard inclusions.
Off-Grid - Starting at $191,550

Pricing is indicative and will depend on the energy system size you choose, ranging from 1800W to 4300W.
